Wednesday evening I attended a "Concert on the Bluff" at Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh. "Beartracks" performed. This band is extremely popular in the northeast and Canada. Junior Barber plays the resonator guitar, commonly called by many, a dobro. Junior is joined by his cousins, ...Julie Venne Hogan, who plays bass, and her brother Tom Venne, who plays guitar.
The crowd gathered, many brought picnic suppers and coolers of soft drinks. The weather was a warm evening, perfect for such an event.
The giant white pine trees looked down on the scene,...
All was well in my world on Wednesday evening!

What a pleasant thing to do! I love the name of the group!
It certainly appears a good time was had by all!
I like the name of the group too! That's quite a crowd to see them - they MUST be good!
What fun under those magnificent white pines!
We have similar outdoor performances and I love them. When I read your title I wasn't sure if you saw bear tracks, or were going to talk about ice cream. Turns out both guesses were wrong.
I like summer concerts too - just like you! Yours looked fun - gosh those pines were tall!!
